Indeed, this has been quite a time. Another legend of magic has passed. Harry Lorayne, master magician and astonishing memory expert, died on April 7, 2023 in Newburyport, Massachusetts, at the age of 96.
For decades, Harry Lorayne left his mark on television audiences as he demonstrated his impressive skill of instant recall with his memory demonstrations. He also authored several books on memory, on magic and on his own complex, personal history. But perhaps one of the biggest impacts he made was the one left on the magicians he mentored and inspired.
