The Allan Slaight Awards are distributed by Magicana, on behalf of the Slaight Family, recognizing outstanding achievements in the pursuit of the impossible. There is a total of $50,000 in prizes awarded each year over five separate categories:
- Sharing Wonder
- Sharing Secrets
- Rising Star - International
- Rising Star - Canadian
- Lifetime Achievement
Previous recipients include Penn & Teller, Mike Caveney, Henry Vargas, Mahdi Gilbert, and Johnny Thompson.
