It took over two decades, but RICHARD KAUFMAN did it. Amazingly, after completing his opus Tenyoism in 2015 (for which he received his first Allan Slaight Award for Sharing Secrets), Richard found the drive and commitment to complete his effort on the long-in-development book, DeLand: Mystery and Madness.
