Dell O’Dell and Charlie Carrer were a match made in magic. They married in 1931 and spent three decades working together on and off stage. Dell was a powerhouse and ran both the show and their domestic life together; and Charlie was happy to see Dell happy. Here they are in home movies shot in the Fifties of their life on the road, and at home, relaxing with friends. You may see some other famous faces in this clip, too, including magician Jack Gwynne; and the couple juggling with Dell are Nevin and Helen Hoefert.
